About The Podcast

Josh Swing is a longtime basketball player who’s worked closely with successful Chick-fil-A managers and executives in his current career, and his dad was a youth pastor—so it’s safe to say he’s learned a lot about leadership from many different sources, and in a wide variety of environments. Through his work at Wildsparq, an online leadership training system, he helps to broadcast those lessons to managers and business leaders in a way that will benefit them in their family lives as well as their careers. And he shares some of them with Nate Dewberry in this week’s podcast, which touches on topics ranging from interacting effectively with family members and co-workers to bouncing back from major disappointments and discovering one’s true identity in Christ.
