The Scriptures have a lot to say on the topic of trusting God. The Bible gives us encouragement and instructions to trust God in all things.

There is no doubt that we will all experience longing, hardship, and suffering in our lives. It is in those times that our trust in God is truly tested. The Bible tells us that God will NEVER leave us or forsake us. When life throws a curveball we all may need reminding that God is in control and worthy of our trust, even if everything seems completely out of control.

  • Proverbs 3:5-6

    Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight. 

  • Isaiah 26:3

    You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.

  • Isaiah 12:2

    Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid.
    The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.”

God is Worthy of Our Trust

God is worthy of our trust…in all situations. The Scriptures, God’s Holy Word, is a way for God to communicate his desires for our lives.
